Every submitted listing passes manual moderation before appearing publicly. Sellers must upload the relevant title document for their property type.

Create and manage all your listings from one place. Track each listing's status — Draft, Pending Verification, Verified, Sold, or Delisted — in real time.
Secure Messaging
Contact sellers directly through the built-in conversation system. All messages are private and linked to the specific listing.
How to Use AbujaListings
As a Buyer or Renter
- Go to the Discover page from the navigation menu to browse all live listings.
- Use the Purpose dropdown to select For Sale or For Rent.
- Refine results with the Advanced Filters — filter by category, city, price range, furnished status, or availability date.
- Click any listing card to view full details, photos, and an interactive map pin showing the exact location.
- Use the Contact Seller button on the listing page to send a message through our secure in-app messaging system.
- After completing a transaction, you'll receive a review invitation in your inbox. Submit your experience to help the community.
As a Seller
- for a free account and log in to your dashboard.
- Click Create Listing from your Seller Dashboard.
- Select the correct Category and Type for your property. The form will show only the relevant fields for that type.
- Fill in the property details — title, description, price, size, location, and all applicable features (e.g., bedrooms, parking, furnished status).
- Drop the map pin to the exact location of the property on the interactive map.
- Upload clear photos (up to 20 files) and attach the title/verification document that matches your selected certificate stage (e.g., Survey Plan, Certificate of Occupancy).
- Click Submit for Review. Our moderation team will verify the listing, usually within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, your listing goes live on the marketplace and appears in search results and the map view.
- When a property is sold or rented, go to your listing and click Mark as Sold / Rented so buyers know it's no longer available.
Tips for Sellers
- Listings with accurate location pins, complete descriptions, and clear photos are reviewed and approved faster.
- Upload the document that matches your chosen Certificate Stage exactly — a mismatch may delay verification.
- Keep your contact profile up to date so buyers can reach you quickly through the messaging system.
- Accurate and honest pricing builds your trust score over time and attracts serious buyers.
Community Guidelines
- Only list properties you own or are legally authorised to market.
- Be accurate and honest in all descriptions, photos, and pricing. Misrepresentation may result in listing removal or account suspension.
- Do not post duplicate listings for the same property.
- Be respectful and professional in all messages and communications with other users.
- Report suspicious listings, misleading information, or scam attempts to our support team immediately.
- Do not use the platform for purposes other than legitimate property marketing and discovery.
